Service Description

In the first half of our practice, we will warm up and energize our bodies and breath with a dynamic Vinyasa flow. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen, and we will settle in for our slower and centering Yin practice where we hold poses passively (and for between 2-5 minutes) to work into the deep connective tissue of the body.
