About the Course
Yoga Essentials and Foundations was created to ensure that beginners and experienced practitioners alike have a solid foundation for their yoga practice.
Our first experiences with yoga are often in a group setting where:
*individual attention can be hard to come by
*each person is at a very different place in their yoga journey
*yoga asana (poses) and creative sequencing are often prioritized over
yoga philosophy, breathwork, and meditation techniques
In this course we will:
*break down and demystify some of the most common yoga poses and sequences
*get familiar with basic breathwork techniques that can support your asana practice
*explore the hows and whys of incorporating yoga into our daily lives
By the end of this course, you'll be able to join any of my yoga offerings with confidence and understanding, as well as implement your own short home asana, breathwork, and meditation practices.

When does the course start? The course starts February 13, 2023 at 18:30MST on Zoom and will meet for 60-75 minutes each Monday at the same time until our final session on March 20.
How long do I have access to this course? You will have lifetime access to the course recordings and all related materials
What is the refund policy? A full refund is available until 48 hours before the start of the first class. After that, no refund will be available.
