Heart Opening Flow

This gentle flow moves through essential yoga poses to help create space across your heart and increase mobility in your spine, and invite balance back to your body. This flow is a great well-rounded practice.
Feel Good Slow Down
Time: 28 minutes
Level: Beginner Friendly
Props: Yoga blanket or block
This slow and gentle practice stays low to the ground and guides you through essential yoga poses to help create space across your heart, through your hips, increase mobility in your spine, and invite your breath back to your body. This flow is great on its own if you're short on time, or it can be a warm up for other types of exercise (or even a more rigorous yoga practice).
Chair Yoga for Working at Home & Homeschooling
Time: 11 minutes
Level: Beginner Friendly
Props: Sturdy chair or bench
Need a quick break? Stuck at the (home) office? Need a little more support than a traditional yoga practice? Pull up a chair and flow through different chair yoga poses to open up your shoulders and hips, as well as bring mobility to your spine. This practice is great on its own if you're short on time, or it can be a warm up for other types of exercise (or even a more rigorous yoga practice).
