Hi! I'm Stephanie!
I first started practicing yoga in grad school as a way to carve out time for myself a few days a week while surrounded by total chaos. I returned to yoga after having my daughter in 2009 for the very same reason. What I found each time was a practice that not only challenges me physically, but also the notions surrounding her capacity for strength and resilience. Yoga allows me to move through the world with more intention and purpose, and this is a concept that drives every class I teach.
My goal as your yoga teacher is to help you remember that–no matter your experience or skill level–your body is an amazing machine that is capable of amazing things. I invite you to bring yourself and your needs to the mat each and every time you practice.
